AXIOM

AXIOM is a horror and exploration game in which we play as an astronaut named Elwin who has been abducted by aliens and is held captive, and must therefore attempt to escape. It was developed for QJam with ‘quantum’ theme in mind. The quantum theme is explored through the way each room on the spaceship changes whenever you enter or exit it (i.e. whenever it is observed). In the astronaut’s eyes, some rooms transform into environments familiar from Earth, some empty out, and others become more crowded than ever. Are the aliens attempting to communicate by harnessing the benefits of quantum mechanics, or are their intentions entirely malevolent? This question is of little concern to our main character, Elwin, as his sole focus is on survival
